Klap
Turns long videos into viral-ready short clips, and scores them before you post.
What is Klap?
Klap is an AI video repurposing tool that ingests long-form video — YouTube uploads, podcasts, webinars, Zoom calls — and automatically cuts it into short, vertical clips for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. It adds captions, reframes for vertical, and scores each clip's "virality" potential so you know which ones to post first.
Klap grew out of the same repurposing wave that produced Opus Clip and Vizard, but it leaned hard into the analytics side of things. Instead of just spitting out clips, it ranks them and tries to explain why one might outperform another. That scoring feature, combined with a fairly generous free tier, has made it a popular pick for solo creators and small teams who don't have time to scrub through hour-long footage hunting for the good bits.
